Terms of Sale

Availability
Each item for sale has a status code. One marked as Available indicates there is a reasably good chance that the item can be purchased. Availability is determined on a first-come first-served basis. The mechanism for reserving an item is through the web-based mail ordering system on this site, or by telephone. There is always a chance that the item you wish to purchase has already been requested by someone, but our database does not reflect that fact. It is not an automatic process, but one that requires human intervention, and delays in updating the status codes. In addition, we reserve the right to sell any and all items listed on this site at a show or auction. After such a sale, those items will be removed from the site.
